SHIPPING RATES

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 nationwide! 💚

If you are not eligible for free shipping, we have a flat-rate of $9 nationwide but please keep in mind that additional charges may apply if you have oversized/overweight items or if you prefer your order shipped with another carrier. We primarily ship with Posthaste.

Please don't hesitate to message us for more details or to get an estimate on shipping cost. 

By default, we send your oders with ATL (Authority To Leave), meaning the courier is authorised to leave your parcel in a safe location at your nominated address. If you with to sign your order, kindly select "Require Signature Upon Delivery".

 

LOCAL PICK-UP

We offer local pick-up 7 days a week! Just select "Pick-up" option when checking out.

We also offer Cash on Pick-up if you prefer to pay in cash ☺️

We are based in Avonside, Christchurch. We will email or message you all the details when your order is ready for pick up.

Your orders will usually be ready for pick-up on the same day including weekends (except when we are away over the weekend). Pick-up times are between 8am to 8pm but we can do an arrangement if you require a different time.
